Cerebra Integrated recommends further issue of securities

Cerebra Integrated Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, has recommended further issue of securities to promoters / strategic investors and issue of further shares on rights basis and authorized the Shareholders’ Grievances Committee to take further steps in this regard after consulting the Experts / Merchant Bankers.
