Lok Housing & Constructions allots 1666600 Equity Shares

Lok Housing & Constructions Ltd has announced that Saturn Trading Pvt. Ltd. has exercised its option to convert their 16,66,600 Warrants into Equity Shares.

The Allotment Committee of the Company have allotted 16,66,600 Equity Shares to the Warrant Holder on May 31, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.34.50, down by Rs.0.60 or 1.71%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.35.10 and low of Rs.34.35.
