Techtran Polylenses approves issue of 2 million shares at Rs 15.60

Techtran Polylenses Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2010, inter alia, has approved the issue and allotment of 20,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 15.60 (including premium of Rs. 5.60) per share on preferential basis and 13,10,000 Warrants convertible into Equivalent No. of Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at Rs. 15.60 per Warrant within a period of 18 months to M/s. Credence Infrastructure Ltd., as per provisions of Chapter VII of Securities Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.19.45, down by Rs.0.10 or 0.51%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.20.20 and low of Rs.19.25.
