Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 27800 Shares under ESOS 2003

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Operations Committee Meeting held on June 04, 2010, has allotted 27,800 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock closed the day at Rs.257.70, down by Rs.6.95 or 2.63%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.265 and low of Rs.256.65.

The total traded quantity was 185052 compared to 2 week average of 156138.
