Ramco Systems allots 1185 equity shares under ESOS

Ramco Systems Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 03, 2010, has approved an allotment of 1,185 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, being the exercise of the equity stock options by the employees of the Company under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008, (ESOS 2008). Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,386,621 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 15,398,786 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.103.60, up by Rs.3.10 or 3.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.105.50 and low of Rs.101.

The total traded quantity was 7248 compared to 2 week average of 8674.
