IDFC grants 827815 Stock Options under ESOS

Infrastructure Development Finance Company Ltd has announced that on June 03, 2010, pursuant to IDFC Employee Stock Option Scheme 2007, the Company has granted to its employees 8,27,815 options equivalent to 8,27,815 equity shares at a price of Rs. 155.80 per equity share.

The stock closed the day at Rs.162.05, up by Rs.6.60 or 4.25%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.162.90 and low of Rs.157.20.
