Powersoft Global Solutions to consider conversion of warrants on Jun 04, 2010

Powersoft Global Solutions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 04, 2010, inter alia, to consider conversion of warrants and allotment of equity shares arising out of said conversion of warrants.

The stock closed the day at Rs.18.85, up by Rs.0.75 or 4.14%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.19.95 and low of Rs.17.65.
