KIC Metaliks to consider allotment of 7.50 lakh shares

KIC Metaliks Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 07, 2010, inter alia, to allot 7,50,000 Equity Shares to Promoters and 7,50,000 Equity Shares to Non-Promoter Group of Rs. 10/- each at Rs. 43/- (including a premium of Rs. 33/-).

The stock closed the day at Rs.114, down by Rs.0.90 or 0.78%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.115.70 and low of Rs.114.

The total traded quantity was 7500 compared to 2 week average of 17705.
