XPRO India allots 64000 shares

Xpro India Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 64,000 (Sixty Four Thousand) shares on June 01, 2010 to those grantees who had exercised their option under the Company's Employees Stock Option Scheme - 2008. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock was trading at Rs.38.15, up by Rs.0.35 or 0.93%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.38.50 and low of Rs.37.75.

The total traded quantity was 1001 compared to 2 week average of 29342.
