Core Projects to issue FCCB's upto USD 80 million

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 31, 2007, has authorized a further issue of FCCB's upto USD 80 million interalia to fund acquisitions of overseas Companies and invest in new projects.
