BGR Energy Systems allots 12688 equity shares

BGR Energy Systems Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 28, 2010, has allotted 12,688 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to those grantees, who have exercised their options under the Company's Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2007. The said shares will rank pari-passu with the existing shares of the Company in all respects.

The stock closed the day at Rs.634.60, down by Rs.2.90 or 0.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.645.80 and low of Rs.603.65.

The total traded quantity was 78515 compared to 2 week average of 47139.
