Brescon Corporate Advisors issues 6667 Shares under ESOP

Brescon Corporate Advisors Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 29, 2010, have issued / allotted totally 6,667 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to various employees / directors of Co. against options exercised by employees / directors as per the Employees Stock Options Scheme 2006 approved by the Shareholders of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on July 15, 2006.

Further these equity shares shall rank pari passu in all respect with the existing equity shares of the Company (including as to dividend).

The stock was trading at Rs.100.35, down by Rs.1.95 or 1.91%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.102.60 and low of Rs.98.65.

The total traded quantity was 5503 compared to 2 week average of 50742.
