Kotak Mahindra Bank allots 126128 shares

Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd has announced that the ESOP Allotment Committee of the Bank at its Meeting held on May 31, 2010 has allotted 1,26,128 equity shares of Rs. 10 each, pursuant to exercise of Employee Stock Options.

The stock was trading at Rs.754, down by Rs.2.70 or 0.36%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.781 and low of Rs.753.

The total traded quantity was 138489 compared to 2 week average of 112843.
