Uflex to consider forfeiture of partly paid shares on Jun 07, 2010

Uflex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on June 07, 2010, to forfeit the partly paid-up shares of the Company in respect of partly paid-up shares for which allotment / call money due from them has not been paid till May 29, 2010.

The stock was trading at Rs.113.30, up by Rs.0.15 or 0.13%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.115.25 and low of Rs.112.55.
