HDFC allots 138998 shares pursuant to exercise of options under ESOS

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation on May 31, 2010, allotted 1,38,998 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 289,58,77,560 consisting 28,95,87,756 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock was trading at Rs.2733, down by Rs.54.70 or 1.96%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2774 and low of Rs.2731.

The total traded quantity was 16177 compared to 2 week average of 55228.
