Neo Corp to issue 25 lakh shares

Neo Corp International Ltd has announced that the Board of the Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 31, 2010, inter alia, has considered the proposal of Issue of 2500000 Equity Shares to other than promoters (Strategic Investors) subject to approval of the members and other appropriate authorities, if any. For this purpose an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the members will be convened shortly.

The stock was trading at Rs.50.55, up by Rs.0.55 or 1.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.52.75 and low of Rs.50.55.
