International Combustion to allot 1,18,000 shares on conversion of warrants

International Combustion India Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2007, has approved allotment of 1,18,000 nos. Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each to the warrantholders, who have subscribed for equity shares offered to them @ Rs 178/- per Equity Share in terms of the Preferential issue.
