Shrenuj allots 295250 Equity Shares upon exercise of ESOP Options

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced that the ESOP Compensation Committee of the Company at its Meeting held on May 26, 2010, allotted 295250 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each at a price of Rs. 21/- per share upon exercise of Options under ESOS - 2006.

Consequently, the Equity Share Capital of the Company shall stand increased to Rs. 13,92,35,740 comprising of 69617870 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.47.55, up by Rs.1.45 or 3.15%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47.90 and low of Rs.46.75.

The total traded quantity was 35397 compared to 2 week average of 87265.
