Gruh Finance allots 54485 Shares

Gruh Finance Ltd has announced that the Company has allotted 54,485 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to exercise of stock options by employees / directors on May 20, 2010.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company would stand at Rs. 34,84,83,710 consisting 3,48,48,371 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.267.75, down by Rs.1.20 or 0.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.272.50 and low of Rs.263.

The total traded quantity was 10328 compared to 2 week average of 34374.
