Ramco Systems approves allotment of 10980 shares

Ramco Systems Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 18, 2010, has approved an allotment of 10,980 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each, being the exercise of the equity stock options by the employees of the Company under the Employee Stock Option Scheme, 2008, (ESOS 2008). Consequent to this the paid up equity share capital has increased from 15,386,621 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to 15,397,601 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock was trading at Rs.112.50, down by Rs.1.65 or 1.45%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.116 and low of Rs.112.

The total traded quantity was 7103 compared to 2 week average of 20815.
