Tech Mahindra allots 535700 equity shares

Tech Mahindra Ltd has announced that the resolution passed by the Securities Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on May 18, 2010 for issue and allotment of a total of 535,700 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company to various applicants.

450,000 equity shares were allotted, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2004 (ESOP 2004).

85,700 equity shares were allotted, on exercise of stock options under Employee Stock Option Plan 2006 (ESOP 2006).

The stock was trading at Rs.705.25, down by Rs.7.05 or 0.99%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.715.20 and low of Rs.702.15.

The total traded quantity was 13361 compared to 2 week average of 64712.
