Centrum Capital approves preferential issue of 8,54,600 shares

Centrum Capital Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on January 29, 2007, has approved the preferential issue of 8,54,600 Equity Shares to Churu Trading Company Pvt Ltd, at a price of Rs 244/- per share aggregating to a total investment value of Rs 20,85,22,400/-.
