Marg allots 89400 Equity Shares

Marg Ltd has announced that Capital Issues and Allotment Committee of Directors at its Meeting held on May 15, 2010, has allotted 89400 Equity Shares to employees and associates upon conversion of warrants on preferential basis.

The stock was trading at Rs.181, down by Rs.2.05 or 1.12%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.183.70 and low of Rs.176.50.
