Firstsource Solutions allots 107250 Shares

Firstsource Solutions Ltd has announced that pursuant to the authorisation from the Board of Directors, Dr. Ashok Ganguly, Chairman of the Company, has on May 13, 2010 approved the allotment of 1,07,250 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to the employees of the Company under Employee Stock Option Scheme (ESOS 2003) of the Company. Consequent to the said allotment, the paid up capital of the Company has increased to Rs. 4,294,669,320 consisting of 429,466,932 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.28.90, down by Rs.0.40 or 1.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.29.90 and low of Rs.28.75.

The total traded quantity was 392062 compared to 2 week average of 660918.
