Infotech Enterprises Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of the Board has allotted 52,824 equity shares to the associates, upon exercise of the stock options under the Stock Option Plan of the Company.

The stock closed the day at Rs.383.65, up by Rs.0.10 or 0.03%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.390 and low of Rs.383.15.
