HDFC allots 87492 shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd has announced that the Corporation on May 12, 2010, allotted 87,492 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 289,03,78,140.00 consisting 28,90,37,814 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2779.10, up by Rs.5.30 or 0.19%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2798 and low of Rs.2751.

The total traded quantity was 32609 compared to 2 week average of 87381.
