Glenmark Pharmaceuticals allots 21000 shares under ESOS 2003

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its Operations Committee Meeting held on May 10, 2010 allotted 21,000 shares to the employees of the Company on exercise of options granted to them pursuant to ESOS 2003.

The stock was trading at Rs.274.50, down by Rs.3.05 or 1.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.285 and low of Rs.272.95.

The total traded quantity was 167968 compared to 2 week average of 525545.
