Amit International to consider warrants issue on May 12, 2010

Amit International Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 12, 2010, inter alia, to allot the Convertible Warrants.

The stock was trading at Rs.5.61, up by Rs.0.26 or 4.86%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.5.61 and low of Rs.5.15.
