Unichem Laboratories allots 3000 Equity Shares

Unichem Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 10, 2010, has allotted and issued 3,000 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each pursuant to the exercise of the stock options by the Independent Directors under the Employee Stock Option Scheme - 2008 of the Company.

The stock was trading at Rs.404, up by Rs.5.45 or 1.37%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.409 and low of Rs.400.

The total traded quantity was 4816 compared to 2 week average of 13736.
