Winsome Yarns to consider raising Rs 100 crores on May 15, 2010

Winsome Yarns Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 15, 2010, to consider the issue of GDRs/ ADRs/ FCCBs/ QIP/ securities convertible in to equity shares/ fully or partly convertible debentures/ securities/any other domestic/ international offering upto Rs. 100 crore.

The stock was trading at Rs.1.96, up by Rs.0.05 or 2.62%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1.96 and low of Rs.1.82.
