Core Projects closes FCCB issue

Core Projects & Technologies Ltd has now announced with reference to the earlier announcements dated (i) April 16, 2010 relating to the launch and pricing of FCCBs aggregating to USD 75 million (including the upsize option of USD 15 million); and (ii) May 06, 2010 relating to the issuance and allotment of FCCBs for an amount of USD 75 million, that the FCCB issue of USD 75 million having been fully subscribed has been closed on May 06, 2010 being the Closing Date.

The stock was trading at Rs.242, down by Rs.9.25 or 3.68%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.249.75 and low of Rs.241.60.

The total traded quantity was 64225 compared to 2 week average of 364307.
