Kalpataru Power allots 4192114 shares under QIP

Kalpataru Power Transmission Ltd has announced that the QIP Issue Committee of the Company at their meeting held on May 06, 2010 has decided to issue and allot 41,92,114 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 1064.20 per equity share under Chapter VIII of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009, as amended ("the Regulations").

The stock was trading at Rs.1056, down by Rs.6 or 0.56%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1060 and low of Rs.1050.

The total traded quantity was 1339 compared to 2 week average of 18010.
