Sasken Communication allots 242450 Shares on Exercise of Stock Options

Sasken Communication Technologies Ltd has announced that on May 05, 2010 the Company have allotted 2,42,450 (Two lakhs forty two thousand four hundred and fifty only) equity shares of par value of Rs. 10/- per share to the individual optionees under the Company's Employees' Stock Option Plan of 2006 at an exercise price of Rs. 52 (Face Value of Rs. 10 + Premium of Rs. 42) per share on receipt of payment of the subscription monies aggregating to Rs. 1,26,07,400/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.201.70, down by Rs.6.45 or 3.10%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.204.90 and low of Rs.198.70.
