Suven Life Sciences Ltd has announced that the Compensation Committee of Board of Directors of the Company allotted 6,61,848 equity shares through circular resolution on May 05, 2010 under stock option plans of the Company. Further, consequent to the above allotment, the paid up share capital of the company has gone up from 115874400 equity shares of Re 1/- each aggregating to Rs. 11,58,74,400 to 116536248 equity shares of Re 1/- each aggregating to Rs. 11,65,36,248.

The stock closed the day at Rs.31, up by Rs.0.10 or 0.32%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.31.45 and low of Rs.29.50.
