Hind Aluminium approves allotment of 13 lakh shares

Hind Aluminium Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 03, 2010, inter alia, has considered and approved allotment of 13,00,000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a premium of Rs. 33/- per equity share aggregating Rs. 5.59 Crores on preferential allotment basis to Individuals/entities forming part of public category shareholders.

The stock was trading at Rs.46.45, up by Rs.1.25 or 2.77%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.47.45 and low of Rs.44.15.

The total traded quantity was 4283 compared to 2 week average of 8179.
