HDFC allots 206234 Shares pursuant to conversion of FCCBs

Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd (HDFC) has announced that the Corporation on April 29, 2010 has allotted 2,06,234 equity shares of Rs. 10 each pursuant to conversion of FCCBs.

Post the above allotment, the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 287,53,39,400.00 consisting of 28,75,33,940 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.2830.75, up by Rs.20.35 or 0.72%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.2868.90 and low of Rs.2812.30.

The total traded quantity was 81196 compared to 2 week average of 77677.
