Radico Khaitan Ltd has announced that the ESOP Compensation Committee in its meeting held on April 20, 2010, has allotted 62939 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to the eligible employees on exercise of stock options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme 2006 (ESOP) of the Company. The paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company post allotment is 13,18,93,464 Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each aggregating Rs. 26,37,86,928/-.

The stock was trading at Rs.129.50, up by Rs.0.75 or 0.58%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.129.80 and low of Rs.126.50.
