Suryajyoti Spinning Mills Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 03, 2010, inter alia, to consider and approve the 'Issue of Warrants on preferential basis'.

The stock was trading at Rs.32.50, up by Rs.2.20 or 7.26%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.34 and low of Rs.31.60.
