RAS Extrusions to consider allotment of 7.50 lakh shares on Apr 30, 2010

Ras Extrusions Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 30, 2010, inter alia, to consider the Allotment of 7,50,000 each Equity Shares to Promoters/Associates and Co-promoters, of Rs. 10/- per share (At Par), totaling to 15,00,000 shares as per BIFR order dated February 06, 2009.
