Garware Offshore Allots 132650 Shares upon conversion of warrants

Garware Offshore Services Ltd has announced that the Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company on January 24, 2007 has allotted 132650 fully paid up Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each upon conversion of Warrants, allotted in the 2nd Preferential Allotment of the Company to the Promoters and Non-Promoters.
