Gee Kay Finance to issue shares to HT Media

Gee Kay Finance & Leasing Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 20, 2010, have considered and accorded approval for issue of equity shares on Preferential Basis to H T Media Ltd. amounting to Rs. 5 Crores.

The Board also accorded approval to proposal of listing of equity shares of the Company on National Stock Exchange of India Ltd.

The resignation of Mr. Ashok Agrawal was taken on record and the same was approved.

The stock closed the day at Rs.40.10, down by Rs.0.20 or 0.50%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.40.95 and low of Rs.39.40.

The total traded quantity was 141946 compared to 2 week average of 666201.
