Ortin Laboratories to issue 15 lakh warrants

Ortin Laboratories Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 17, 2010, has considered and approved the issue of 15,00,000 convertible warrants on preferential basis to the promoters and the others at an issue price of Rs. 18/- per warrant.

The Board approved proposal to convene EGM on May 18, 2010 for the above said issue.

The stock closed the day at Rs.17.70, up by Rs.0.05 or 0.28%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.18.50 and low of Rs.17.70.

The total traded quantity was 201 compared to 2 week average of 1004.
