Linkson International approves issue of 192000 shares

Linkson International Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on April 15, 2010, inter alia, has approved the issue and allotment of 192000 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 95/- (inclusive of premium of Rs. 85/- per share) on preferential basis to the promoter and non promoter entities as per provisions of Chapter VII of Securities Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2009.

The stock closed the day at Rs.146, down by Rs.2.80 or 1.88%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.156.20 and low of Rs.146.

The total traded quantity was 600 compared to 2 week average of 225.
