Bharat Forge Converts FCCBs to 142045 Equity Shares

Bharat Forge Ltd has announced that the Committee of Directors of the Company appointed for the purpose, at its meeting held on April 09, 2010, have approved the conversion of 1,250 FCCBs (Tranche 2) into 1,42,045 Equity Shares of Rs. 2/- each in terms of the Offering Circular dated April 15, 2005 as per request received from FCCBs Holder viz. Citigroup Global Markets.

The stock closed the day at Rs.267.30, down by Rs.2 or 0.74%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.270.75 and low of Rs.266.05.

The total traded quantity was 25002 compared to 2 week average of 74151.
