Axis Capital Markets to consider warrants issue on Apr 13, 2010

Axis Capital Markets India Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on April 13, 2010, inter alia, to consider issue of convertible equity warrants to promoters arid non-promoters.

The stock closed the day at Rs.36.25, up by Rs.0.70 or 1.97%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.39 and low of Rs.35.50.
