Educomp Solutions allots 96000 shares under ESOP

Educomp Solutions Ltd has announced that remuneration committee of the Company on April 09, 2010 has allotted 96,000 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees who have exercised their option under ESOP Scheme 2006 & ESOP Scheme 2007.

Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 19,00,29,302/- consisting of 9,50,14,651 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each to Rs. 19,02,21,302/- consisting of 9,51,10,651 equity shares of the face value of Rs. 2/- each.

The stock closed the day at Rs.743.20, down by Rs.4.10 or 0.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.755 and low of Rs.740.

The total traded quantity was 173327 compared to 2 week average of 188014.
