Grabal Alok Impex redeems 40 FCCBs

Grabal Alok Impex Ltd has announced with reference to issue of 2.50% - 400 unsecured Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds (FCCBs) of the face value of US$ 25000 each aggregating to US$ 10.00 million issued and allotted in March 2005.

The Company announced that the outstanding 2.5% - 40 FCCBs of US$ 25000 each aggregating to USD 1.00 million were redeemed along with premium on due date i.e. March 24, 2010 as per the terms of the Offering circular dated March 30, 2005.

The stock was trading at Rs.53.55, down by Rs.0.75 or 1.38%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.55.95 and low of Rs.53.55.

The total traded quantity was 9312 compared to 2 week average of 17017.
