Zuari Forex Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on January 31, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To taken on record the Un-audited Financial (Provisional) Results for the Second Quarter ended December 31, 2006 (Q2).

2. Preferential issue of shares.
