Regency Hospital allots 839033 shares

Regency Hospital Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on March 31, 2010, has allotted 839033 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up to the members of Abhirev Healthcare Pvt. Ltd., the Transferor Company pursuant to the sanctioned Scheme of Amalgamation passed by Hon'ble High Court Judicature at Allahabad dated March 22, 2010.
