Ratnamani Metals & Tubes to publish FY 10 results by Jun 30, 2010

Ratnamani Metals & Tubes Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors in their last meeting decided to publish the Audited Financial Results for the year 2009-2010 within a period of three months from the end of the last quarter of the financial year. In other words the Company would publish the Audited Financial Results for the Financial Year 2009-2010 on or before June 30, 2010.

In view of the above, Company would not publish the Unaudited Financial Results for the 4th - last quarter of the Financial Year 2009-2010 before April 30, 2010.

The stock closed the day at Rs.107.70, up by Rs.4.25 or 4.11%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.110.40 and low of Rs.103.25.

The total traded quantity was 214824 compared to 2 week average of 52628.
